All orders are subject to a standard delivery timeline of 20 to 30 working days. Please note that this delivery timeline commences only upon the receipt of full payment or the completion of all final design and technical approvals, whichever occurs later.
Shipping charges are not included in the initial product pricing and will be billed as extra charges based on actual costs incurred. All shipments are processed on an Ex-Factory / Ex-Works basis.
The buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for the delivery and shipping of the goods. Kapture's legal responsibility terminates entirely once the goods have been safely and successfully dispatched from our factory premises.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted exclusively in cases involving verified manufacturing defects or instances where an incorrect product has been delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any customised products that the client has previously approved, nor do we accept returns based on minor variations in colour or design.
Refunds will be processed only after a thorough quality inspection of the returned goods has been completed at our facility. Once a refund is approved following inspection, the financial settlement will be completed within 7 to 10 working days.
